Candy DW160 - Cycle sticks and does not fin...

The dishwasher cycle has started to stick, it clicks round but then stops and has to be moved on, it will stick for hours just rinsing water round and round. When I move it on to drain and dry it drains and clicks through the dry program but when I open the door it is stone cold and still wet so the drying is not working either.
