Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
Your pc will not recognise your wireless,bloothtooth,or sd until you install the software and drivers for them.you can install all the drivers you need at the hp.com site .it just takes a while to navigate to ur model.down load wlan driver and software,dont need to restart system will detect install and detect available networks .

I had same problem with internet WI FI constantly cutting out until it stopped working completely. I called 1800 HPINVENT and they told me it's a factory recall and replaced my mother board free of charge. Check to see if it is a recall on your particular computer.

You must reboot the notebook and reinstall all the drivers in order for the pc to reconise the software again
