Get an audio cable that will fit in the audio out of the dish receiver and connect it to the ext audio in on the TV. Go into the audio setup menu on the TV and select ext audio.

It sounds that the tuner to your TV is faulty. It should be replaced. Before confirming, check the antenna connection for firmness, and the antenna wire have no breaks inside it. If you wish to get more details, check this site linked below. Pull up older posts there. Check the site with patience, as it has over 2350 posts now. All are related to electronic equipment repair help. If you search the site in Timeslide option, which can be selected from the drop down list at the top left of the display window, it will be easy to locate the related post. You can also do a search by type in the brand name and model number to your device into its search box at the top right of display window.

I have a 322 dish receiver there is just too ports to hook to and i have ant.+ cable and sat. to hook to it anyhelp would be welcome. thanks

Heychuck68102, my name is Mike Houston of DISH Network and I was going over yourpost and I see where you want to connect a cable wire plus you're satellite. Ifyou have a TV that will allow for a RCA connection you can run the RCA cable tothe top red, white and yellow inputs and run the antenna directly to theTV/Antenna IN. Then you will be able to connect the cable to the TV CH ¾ input.I will send a link to help with these steps, http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/how-to-set-up.

TV Stuck on 1 channel

We would be happy to help get that fixed right away. The first thing we want to ensure is that all connected equipment is on. We want to then check what type of cable was used to connect the TV to the receiver. If you are using a Coax Cable to connect the receiver to TV1, check the receiver's back panel for the output name. If your receiver has a "TV CH 3/4 out": Tune TV to channel 3 or channel 4, back if it is labeled "Home Distribution": Tune TV to channel 62 or 75. If using non-Coax (RCA, Component, or HDMI) to connect receiver to TV1, cycle through the inputs until picture appears; Most TVs have a "TV/Video", "Input", or "Source" button. If we are still not getting a picture then unplug receiver for 10 seconds then plug it back in, this will reset the receiver, then try cycling the inputs again.

We hope these steps resolve the issue. We want to thank you for being a valued DISH Network customer!

check cable connections. make sure connections are tight... also if you have satellite press "input, tv/video, source, or a/v" button on remote that came w/ tv. also check to make sure tv is set to ch 3 or ch 4 depending on how the satellite box is set (it will be on the back of the satellite box)

Blurry Sanyo TV

Well after playing around with the tv some more, I decided the problem was probably the cable jack, and tried running the video in/out cables thru the VCR to get around this, which I read generally works but in this case nothing. I had tried the tv on various settings, anytime I put the tv in "video" mode I'd get a blue screen and nothing else. Anyway I found a switch in the back of the Direct Tv box for ch. 3 & 4 settings. So I flipped it but still got a snowy picture, only this time it was on ch 4 instead of ch 3. By sheer accident I put the tv back in video mode while I had the satilites setting to ch 4, and the picture came up crystal clear. Since I didn't mess with it further, I'm not sure if it was the channel selector or the fact that hooked the tv up via the video cables, but whatever it was it did the trick.

I just KNEW this could not be a broken tv despite the fact that everhwere I read online suggested it was. I knew pictures can go out, or sound can go out....but to have BOTH go out didn't make sense to me. Anyway, glad its working! :)

Being as the set is hooked to a satalight and simply playing what the signal is the problem has to be with the satalight reciever
