Question about Canon NP 6050 Copier
The copier just stopped producing copies. It now is displaying an error of E532. Is this an easy fix or does it require a repair technician?
E532 is a sorter problem. Have you replaced the staples recently? If so try to remove any jamed staples from the stable cartride and try to reinstall as shown on the inside of the soter front door. You can also try to turn the copier off and unplug the sorter and reattach it and turn on the power. See what happens, if that does not work and you don't really use the sorter, unplug it and detach it from the copier and make a exit tray and there you go. If you do use it call for service.
