Freezing

sometimes it plays but then it freezes and when i turn it back on again  one section of the lights are lit up and E64 comes up. this may be to do with the fans as they stop working before a freeze. if this is true will a external fan fix it thanks

- thanks man sent it off also bought fan off amazon coz i dont want it to happen again

External Fan 85% chance of resolving that issue

But why risk that ? You can call Ms or email them they will send you a new one
because of the known failures that the 360 has been having

I've had my 360 replaced twice for no charge at all.
They are very friendly about it too
