Do you have your Windows installer, run that CD then go automated system recovery..

or you can go to www.asus.com to download some drivers..

do you have the older version of an operating system before you installed you realtek audio system? if you do, probably, it isn't compatible with your audio system then you must have newer version that matches to your Operating system.

Need network adapter driver for p5gc-mx a Systemax cpu...

Here is a link for your driver. You listed it as Systemax but the P5gc-mx is an Asus motherboard.

Choose the correct operating system and see if these are the drivers.

At the first drop down choose motherboard, at the next drop down choose Socket 775 and at the last drop down choose the P5gc-mx.

Hope this helps.

Sound Drive Problem in ASUS PSGC MX 1333

  1. Remove all previously installed Realtek drivers
  2. Reinstall the UAA driver (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888111/en-us)
  3. Reboot
  4. Install the Realtek driver again
This is a very common issue with realtek drivers.

I have an asus mother board no. P5GC/MX-1333 But Sound Driver not avalabel,Pl.send Sound Driver.

If it is an ONBOARD SOUND DRIVER (not a sound CARD installed into a PCI slot on MOBO)
go to ASUS website and download CHIPSET drivers (these contain the onboard sound, onboard video, etc.) make sure you get the right one which matches YOUR CHIPSET.
google "EVEREST HOME EDITION, LAST FREE VERSION, 321" and download it. RUN IT>
it will identify your CHIPSET and everything else.
also, ASUS may have on online tool to identify your CHIPSET.
