I got a new Apple Imac computer a couple of months ago and every time I click on Kodak Easyshare, the Kodak easyshare crashes before I even have a chance to see the pictures. How do I fix this? It is an Easyshare C913.

Press the SAVE button, find a place on your hard drive and save the file. Double click the install_easyshare.exe file and it will install the file. Follow the instructions below.

Installation Instructions

2. Disconnect all accessory devices from your computer (digital camera, camera dock, printer dock, photo printer, card reader, etc.).
3. Verify that you logged on to the computer using the administrator account.
4. Close all programs.
5. Download the software, then follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
6. To launch the software select Start > Programs > Kodak > Kodak EasyShare > Kodak Easyshare software.

IMPORTANT: If you have a large picture collection, allow a few minutes after your computer restarts before starting EASYSHARE Software. EASYSHARE Software windows appear after your previous picture catalog has been updated

After the installation are completed, reboot if not asked to do so. You can copy the install_easyshare.exe file to a CD for later installation if needed.

If this camera is under warrenty I would take it back. You could check the battery connection are clean and are in the right way round. (if they are the removeable type.

he red light on the front stays on but the camera won't work. i haven't dropped it or anything. It is a kodak easyshare CD43. It was working fine a couple days ago. I put new lithium batteries in and it has the same problem as before.

For solving your problem it is necessary to remove your Easyshare Software completely from your system. Afterwards you need to install the latest version of Easyshare Software. It seems that your computer doesnt recognize jpeg files . Download or reinstall quicktime to fix the problem, you can get free download at www.apple.com

Contact Kodak with your problem. The problem is in the print head. Kodak will send you a new print head free, then follow the instructions that are inclosed to change the print head. DO NOT TRY TO CHANGE IT WITHOUT READING THE INSTRUCTIONS. You may damage the new head and they will not replace it a second time for free.

i CANT OPEN MY AIO HOME CENTER WITHOUT GETTING AN ERROR THAT SAYS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM, HAS TO CLOSE. ALSO, MY PICTURES ARE NOT VIBRANT COLORS.

That's an error with the ink. Try updating the firmware on the printer. Here is the link to the latest firmware from the Kodak website.
