There are 2 screws in the front corners of the nozzle. Take those out and pull upward. There are 2 tabs on the back of the clear nozzle cover over the inlet that will snap out when you lift the front. Be very careful when replacing the screws. They are prone to strip the plastic if you over tighten them. Also make sure the seal is clean and back inplace before putting it back together.
Flip the unit over you will see a grey panel that looks like a V with 6 or 8 screws remove it and you will find a black cover I think it has 2 screws remove it and you will see a gasket seal for the bottom for the motor mine was white some times this seal gets miss align. It is not easy putting it bask into place, I made a tool out of a metal hanger to help. Hope this helps you, it increased the suction on my cleaner 100 percent.

Provided that the motor isn't loose, the belt should fit tightly. If you had reassembled the beater bar back in the vacuum improperly, the belt would be tighter, rather than looser. If you are sure that the motor isn't loose and the beater bar was reinstalled correctly, then either tha belt slipped back off the motor shaft, or they sold you the wrong replacement belt.
