I have had my xbox for 1 year now after reading some of the ERROR CODE E68 probs i know my hardrive is broken because my bag split when moving it but how do i transfer whats on my hardrive to another 1 without anything going wrong

The "red ring of death" is really just an error code meaning that the console doesn't know exactly what's not working, but it knows it's broken.

If it's the hard drive itself that's broken, then any console that you plug the hard drive into will show the same error.

If you want to be sure, try taking a working hard drive and plug it into the Xbox -- if it's working, then it's just the hard drive that's screwed up...

Unfortunately you can not fix that problem on your own, you need to call Microsoft at 1-800-4-My-Xbox

its probably a hard drice problem i dont think it will happen again if you get a new HDD unless its a piece of junk as well

fallout games are always known to make game consles mess up just send it off ad get a new one

hey i had this problem and taking my hardrive out, starting a game, and then shutting it off and putting my hardrive back in worked!
