Buy a new adapter with the same brand or a compatible one, that has the same output voltage and ampere, also check the output jacks it must be the same as on the broken adapter.

How do I connect a droid to my voco pro gig man?

You need at least one adapter. Buy a 3.5mm male headphone to STEREO RCA adapter. Make sure to buy one with 2 channels (red and white) for stereo.

Plug a digital/analog 3.5mm male headphone jack adapter into the droid. Plug the RCA (red and white) into the mixer. Good luck!

Hallo! First you should check with a tester if there is present the voltage at the exit of your power supply, on the cord that goes to the mixer. If there IS voltage (usually 9...15V) then I'm sorry, your mixer is dead. But, for me, most of times is burning the alimentation. Cheers!

How do i hook my ipod to it?

Your ipod should have an 1/8" mini stereo output jack on it. Probably the same one used for headphones.

You need to come out of the ipod with a cable/adapter that is:

1/8" stereo plug (male) to a dual-RCA plug (red/white).

And then plug that into the 2-TR IN (red/white) on the mixing console.

Make sure, in the master output section of the Mg 102 mixer, that the "to stereo/to monitor" buttun is up to send the signal to the master stereo out.

Can i use any power adapter with the same propertys?

Yes you can use any adapter with output AC 9Volts/1,5Amper. In case of difficulty at the market use any one adapter with output AC 9Volts/more than 1,5Amper. It will just be a little bigger. These details are already printed in the back of your mixer, near the power input jack.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post.

Bose ac adapter isnt working..wire was kinked by plug to unit

Ok, i alway suggest this sollution when prompt with this problem.

You can buy yourself a multi adapter. It has different voltage settings as well as different amperage settings.

It is very cheap and the reason why i suggest this is you can use this adapter for almost any household device which needs an adapter.

Hope this can be helpfull.

Kind regards

Vestax pmc07 pro powers up, but no output through amp or phones????

most likely one or some of the op-amps are blown. you are using the right ac adaptor too? sometimes when underpowered it will give a low output. also are you getting a read out on the vu meters? if so then most likely the op amps. if there is no read out on the vu meters, it could be the input stage. have you also tried your mic and aux in too?
my suggestion is, that if its under warranty get it fixed.

Vestax pmc-o5 pro 2

probably just a cold solder joint on the power plug inside the mixer. Check with a meter, then repair(resolder) if needed.

Power cut out on tascam x9

Since nothing else is working, the cooling fan is probably powered by AC at line voltage.

The power supply that feeds the electronics has failed but it may not be catastrophic; it might just be an internal fuse that has given up from metal fatigue.
Each time current flows when powered up, the delicate element expands and then contracts when the power is turned off.
Some fuses have a zig-zag crimp in the element that helps delay the eventual death.

With the unit unplugged, remove whatever screws you find on the back or bottom of the mixer so you can peer inside.
If you are lucky, you may find the fuse in a clip or otherwise plugged in.
There will definitely be one in the incoming AC line although if the fan is running, this one may be OK.
There could be one (or more) fuses on the DC side that directly services the circuitry.
Fuses come in a variety of cases; they can be cylindrical of glass or ceramic bodies with metal caps on the ends and of varying lengths.
Others may be vertically mounted smaller cylinders plugged into or soldered (bad) to the board.
Some are nearly indistinguishable in size and mounting from several other types of parts; these though, will not have other than simple text on the part while the others will have more complex markings.
If you find and replace fuses, buy two so that an eventual tech doesn't have to grub around to find one.

If you replace any fuses and they fail again, DON'T proceed. You may damage the unit further and not help anything.

At that point, you need to turn it over to a tech.

Power conversion

If you have 110 - 120 volts AC at 60Hz, then the mixer must be bad. Unless 50 Watts isn't enough. Does the voltage drop when you plug in the Mixer to the convertor?
