Question about Creative Labs ZEN Vision:M Digital Media Player

Creative Zen Vision M- battery?

I seem to be having problems with the battery in my Zen Vision M. I hadn't used the player in a while because I mostly use it in my car and have to use an RF Adapter in order to do so (stupid new car without a tape deck), and my RF adapter has had multiple issues that I've had to fix. But I'm finally able to listen to the MP3 player in my car now, but the battrery is having problems.
I plugged it into the cigarette lighter to charge while I was playing it, and the battery seemed to charge very quickly (from being 0% - 100% in less than 25 minutes), so I thought it was charged and took it off the charger for the next day to listen to it. But I didn't take note of the amount of battery that was left because when I looked at it while it was on the charger the day before, it was full. This morning, the battery was dead when I went to turn it on, so I plugged it into the charger, and 10 minutes later, it said the battery was full again. As soon as I took it off the charger, the battery went down to about 33%... So it's not fully charging, even though it says it is when it's fully charged on the charger. Does this mean I need a new battery? Is it easy to get the battery replaced in this player? Could my warranty cover this (it's a little over a year old)? Could this have been caused by it being out in my cold car for a long time?
Thanks!

Really i don't know what the problem is. the creative doesn't charge and when it charges don't do anything

the player seems to need longer charging:
1. while player switched OFF: let it load on ac-adapter or USB-connection**** for about 1 hour, until the screen lights up.
2. still while player switched OFF: let it load another 2 to 3 hours
to get it fully charged.

**** notice: when using USB for charging:
1. Install the application software (from CD or Creative-download)
2. Preferred is a USB-connection at the backside of the computer
3. When more USB-connections are used, have the others disconnected: trying not to overload the USB-port power-consumption.

C cover art does not transfer to my zen vision m, only the music tracks transfer

A few possibilities. Go to http://193.95.171.83/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE/,/?St=224,E=0000000000373151655,K=1742,Sxi=15,Case=obj(8179),Kb=ww_english_add,VARSET=ws:http://us.creative.com/

for more details

Creative ZEN players do not currently support album art from Rhapsody version 4.0.
Album art is either embedded in a track, or exists as a thumbnail image in a separate file, allowing one album art file to be associated with an album. Currently, Rhapsody only supports album art embedded in the track. Future versions of Rhapsody are expected to support thumbnail versions.
Creative Media Explorer or Windows Media Player 10 or 11 can be used to transfer music purchased from Rhapsody to a player with album art included.

Album Art is supported by Creative ZEN, Creative ZEN V Plus, ZEN V, Vision:M and ZEN Vision players.
The ZEN Vision (PF1150) requires a firmware update for Album Art. You can download the updated firmware:
If you experience any difficulty transferring Album Art with Windows Media Player 10 or 11, to ZEN Vision:M, delete WMPInfo.xml (see below), and then transfer the tracks again.

Zen Vision freezing

What you need to do is check the firmware. By doing so, set the device on "Disk Mode" and try to reinstall your firmware. Also make sure to back up all your files before doing so. If thats not the case, then it could be the battery life. Most of these reported cases all have to do with the battery performance. Freezing is the most common case of battery dysfunction. Make sure you get that checked out.

Creative not charging

there seems to be a problem with the batteries for the Zen. I have just sent mine in for warranty work as it will work if you have it plugged into an AC adapter but it won't work as soon as it's unplugged even after charging all night. The USB will not charge it either. Creative has sent a replacement unit, but there is a serious problem with the battery.
