The windows start up shows and then it shows the scan bar and then a black screen and nothing else. How do I fix this?

if u had a virus infection pobably some file on system32 has ben deleted so windows cant start up just show's the loading bar and thets it

Windows is toast, my friend. I hope you have a good backup, and recovery disks. It's probably malware, but the bottom line is Windows needs to be reinstalled.
