Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Hi i cant get my archos105 to stay on
Let's try the easy ones first:
1. charge the battery. Use the supplied charger or the USB port of an active PC;
2. do a reset. Press & hold the STOP/ESC button for 15 seconds;
3. set the Power Off Parameter to "Never".
If the above does not correct the problem, you may need to update the firmware. This is better explained here. The latest firmware is Archos 104 OS v 1.3.01 . You have to follow the instructions carefully. Additionally you should not remove the USB connection to the PC at any time unless instructed to do so and you have clicked on "Safely Remove USB Device" icon in the Systems Tray.
