Can I piggy back a fuse to power a front bumber camera so that camers is off when cr is off

Yes, find a fuse for something that turns off when the ignition is off, ideally the radio. Do no use a fuse that powers something critical, like the brake lights.
Then use a fuse adapter like this to add the extra circuit.
Note - there are 2 sizes of fuses in cars these days. They look the same, but one is nearly an inch long, while the other is half an inch. Make sure you buy the right size adapter. You'll also want to buy an extra fuse for the line you are attaching (2 fuses are needed when using a piggyback adapter)

Clicking noise brake pedal

It possibly is the brake light switch, this is mounted on the top of the brake pedal, check the brake lights are working? The switch is not normally loud enough to hear? Check the area around the brake pedal, make sure things like heater air pipes are secure and away from the pedal. If the brakes are ok and the brake lights are working, it has to be something fouling the pedal.

Wire not connected

a red wire with a 30a inline fuse sounds like a low end power wire for an amplifier. Was it anywhere near the battery?

My hazzard lights work but my turn signals dont work whats the problem an how do i replace it

Typically there is a separate flasher for the turn signals. Most of the time it is plugged into or near the fuse panel. If you can ID where the sound is coming from when the flashers are flashing, then look in same area for something that looks very similar to the flasher for the haz lights and try this. But make certain that all the lights are actually working when the haz flashers are on.

Brake lights wont turn off

I don't thnk it's related to the tire going. It sounds like a broken or misadjusted brake light switch. It's located under the dash near the top of the brake pedal.

Pedal almost goes to floor, see steam or smoke from front wheels

Definitely sounds like you have a brake fluid leak. It shouldn't be driven anymore until the problem is repaired. The red brake light comes on when the fluid is low. If your in a rusty climate one of the brake lines has probably rusted out. When it dries up try following the lines from the master to each wheel. However since you said you saw smoke when braking i'd bet the leak is near a wheel and fluid hit the rotor or caliper which caused the smoke. In either case, sounds like something has to be replaced / repaired. Good luck.

THE CAR SOUNDS LIKE IT WANTS TO TURN ON, BUT NEVER DOES

If the car starts sometimes and then not others, I wold check the main relay If it will not start at all, even after waiting for several hours or days, try replacing the main relay locatd above/near the fuse panel. If it dies only when it is wet I would look at the crank sensor or something of that nature.

the 4x4 switch is located on the front axle in a vacume operated pod near the passenger side. the main cause of the light staying on is a vacume leak .check the lines for cracks or something could have knocked them off. follow the lines from the axle to the trans to make shure
