If text changes when you type, it is either the keyboard or the program to which you are addressing your data to. If you use a word processing program, go to that program, open it and type a message. If that message is exactly as you want, no errors, etc; then the keyboard is fine. You may try and write some material in a word processing program and do a COPY of that data and Paste it into an email message to see if the content is exactly the as you typed it. If it changes, then your Email or Internet application is defective.
. Follow the directions below to correct this issue 1) Check to see if the CD-RW or DVD-RW is functioning properly.
Right-click on My Computer
Click on Properties
Click on Hardware
Click on Device Manager
Click the plus (+) next to CD/DVD Drives and make sure the drive is functioning properly. If it has a yellow checkmark next to the drive, this is the cause of the problem. You'll need to right click on the drive, click on Properties and check the device status under the General tab to see why the drive is having difficulty. If you are receiving a Code 39 error for your CD or DVD drive, visit this page to solve it.
2) If the drive is functioning properly, examine these other options
Open My Computer
Right click on the CD-RW or DVD-RW drive and click on Properties
Click on the Recording tab
In the Desktop CD Recording section, make sure the "Enable CD recording on this drive" is checked, if it isnt check the box. This is the problem.
Here's some info: E-mail message saved by Microsoft Outlook or other e-mail program; may also contain an e-mail attachment, or file sent with the message. Note: If EML files will not open in Outlook Express, try the following:
Open My Computer.
Select Folder Options from the Tools menu.
Click the File Types tab.
Under Registered file types, select EML Outlook Express Mail Message, then click Advanced.
Click Open, then click Edit.
Type the following line in the "Application used to perform action" box: "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\MSIMN.EXE" /eml:%1
Click OK twice, then close the window.
EML files may also be opened in Internet Explorer since they are formatted the same as .MHT files; changing the file extension from ".eml" to ".mht" should cause the file to open directly in Internet Explorer.
Hope this helps.
To correct and solve this error, follow this steps:
1. Run Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del or right click on Taskbar) 2. Stop wscript.exe process if available by highlighting the process name and clicking End Process. 3. Then terminate explorer.exe process. 4. In Task Manager, click on File -> New Task (Run…). 5. Type “cmd” (without quotes) into the Open text box and click OK. 6. Type the following command one by one followed by hitting Enter key:
del c:\autorun.* /f /s /q /a del d:\autorun.* /f /s /q /a del e:\autorun.* /f /s /q /a
c, d, e each represents drive letters on Windows system. If there are more drives or partitions available, continue to command by altering to other drive letter. Note that you must also clean the autorun files from USB flash drive or portable hard disk as the external drive may also be infected. 7. In Task Manager, click on File -> New Task (Run…). 8. Type “regedit” (without quotes) into the Open text box and click OK. 9. Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon 10. Check if the value name and value data for the key is correct (the value data of userint.exe include the path which may be different than C drive, which is also valid, note also the comma which is also needed):
If the value is incorrent, modify it to the valid value data.
Right Click on the Drive Icon and select Explore or Open. You can open the Hard Drive.
But now an Alert for you.
If you are seeing the other option than Open in bold letter then your PC is seriously infected with Virus, Run a good and updated Antivirus.
