Re: can you help me?
Why? is it not working with your desktop? connect it first to USB port then restart your computer. If it doesn't work, you can go to www.samsung.com or you can to www.filehippo.com to download drivers.

Ths problem occurs because of usb drvier conflict issue with your usb wireless dongle driver.
For that go to device manager uninstall all usb drivers then it will automatic install all driver.
Then go to control panel->add remove program and features then uninstall your wireleless keyboard and mouse driver then reinstall.
Then restart and check.
Also try different usb ports of computer for connecting the usb wireless dongle of keyboard.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.
No, the Generic USB mouse drivers included in any NT based windows install, 2000, XP, Vista and 7 will run this mouse. If the mouse fails to work on your computer first try a full shutdown then power up. If this doesn't work, you may have damaged the cord or have a faulty USB, try moving the mouse to a different USB port, and try more than two as any two could be sharing a single hub.
go to device amanger then uninstall all usb drivers from computer then restart the computrer then it autoinstall all usb drivers. tehn connect your usb mouse cable to computer try all usb port then if problem arise then your mouse usb chip has issue.
Thanks for using fixya. Please rate solution if it helps.
have you checked your mouse settings in control panel
and is the mouse compatible with your operating system
you can also update driver through device manager
and if you have a reset button on usb press it
Go to device manager and uninstall everything under the USB heading and restart your computer. This should reinstall all the drivers and hopefully reinstall your mouse. You may need to rerun the driver you downloaded for the mouse afterwards.
My next suggestion your be to try the mouse on another computer to make sure it is not defective.
