HI,
I'm running Leopard on my MacBook and just bought a Canon Pixma MX700. I'm having problems installing the printer over the wireless. It will recognize the printer via the OSB if I hook it directly to my computer, however when I hook it to the airport extreme it only recognizes the printer function via Bonjour. I need scanning/faxing and pretty much everything to work on the wireless, and know it can be done b/c reviewers who have bought this printer said they could make it work on their macs.
-   Leopard OSx won't wirelessly operate my new Canon Pixma MX700 on my MacBook via the Bonjour network..... Why? How do I get it to work? This network worked fine with the HP PhotoSmart 2750, but now with the Canon it's a big problem...... What Gives?-   dbrum

-   I am having the same issues as the previous person. I just bought this and called canon support and they could not help me get this configured wirelessly unless I hook it to the router downstairs with ethernet cable. I want to use it wirelessly with any of my computers in the house. Could I use a Linksys Wireless Ethernet Bridge or a wireless print server to accomplish this?-   Guest
