The front panel usually cannot be removed until you remove the side panels. The side panels are usually released by removing screws to them in the back and then it will slide in the direction of the the rear (sometimes the front). Then you can gain access to and undo the clips that hold the front panel in place.
Sometimes the front panel will pop off from the bottom up to give you access to the screws that hold in the side panels. In this case the front panel will come off first and will most likely have a tab on the bottom underneath it that you pull on to release the clip and pull it off.
