Can I charge my samsung j600 cell phone using a computer through my usb data cable like other phones?

- Once I connect my samsung j600 to the pc using USB data cable, everything is superb apart from charging. Is this phone designed not to charge with a pc or something is amiss, please help

-   Same problem here in my J600. It does not charge on USB. This phone's user interface is pathetic and application softwares do not run in background so have to wait for fm radio or mp3 songs to get over before i can even make a call... too bad-   pgblr

u have to try it once connect ur phone thu a cable and selet phone mode or pcsuit to see if its chargung ur cell or not
