I have lenovo 3000 C200 laptop, the audio works only with the windows vista which was installed on it when it was purchased. I am now using windows vista service pack 2 and has tried several audio drivers but none seems to work.

I would appreciate if you can suggest a driver that might work or has worked with this brand of machine.

    Thank you in advance

I want to install windows xp drivers for lenovo 3000 y410 laptop.... i tried the drivers in lenovo website buut they are not working properly ..

You did not specify which drivers you were needing.

http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_list.aspx?CategoryID=6

This web site has drivers for XP and Vista 32 bit for your laptop. As with most laptops, there are multiple drivers for the same category of device - Wireless LAN has 3 different drivers for XP alone.

You will need to download ALL available drivers and try each one. The internal chipset is typically not listed and you will need to "guess" which driver will work. Downloading all and trying each one is the only sure way of getting the device to work.

No sound in my pc after driver instalation

Either the wrong driver was installed or the audio device is faulty. To check if the correct driver was installed, go to Control Panel - System - Hardware - Device Manager - If you get a yellow ? against the audio device then the driver for this device was not installed. Go to the IBM/Lenovo WEB site - support/download page and download the latest Windows XP or Vista device drivers for your model computer, Use this link :- http://www.ibm.com/products/finder/us/finders?pg=ddfinder&cm_re=other-_-suprcn-_-download
