you need to convert your vedios to mpeg4 or 3gp format so that the vedios can play to your mobile... download converter to enternit... you need card reader insert the memory card of you mobile then open paste the vedios from your pc.
Upto my knowledge, IRiver-E100 Supports "WMV" format but there may be some restrictins like bit-rate, frame-rate..(WMV1,WMV2,WMV3..)
There is a vedio convertor available for this, Here
That might help you.
It's compatible with XP and below. I haven't come across a Vista driver for it yet, but you might be able to right click on it and hit Properties and select XP compatibility in Vista, I don't know if it'll work though.
This player is pretty specific about the bitrates/formats of MP4's it will accept: It will accept MP4 SP and MP4 AVC Only two bit rate options: 384 kbps vid/128 kbps aud.; or 768 kbps vid./128 kbps aud. There cannot be any kind of copy protection on the MP4's The Media Manager doesn't actually convert the video files - you will have to use an outside converter such as Arcsoft Media Converter or Riva FLV Encoder - make sure you get a program that will allow you to specify exact bit rates. -Tha Mp3 Doctor
