Need audio driver assistance for a901tu notebook (by 2 users)
I have Compaq Presario a901tu notebook. I had downgraded vista to xp. there is no audio driver in my device manager. I had tried many driver files. I got this error "DRIVER INSTALLATION FAILED. COULD NOT FIND MEDIA DEVICE FOR THIS DRIVER" could someone help me out this prob.
Please I need experts help. I hope I'll be getting good solution.

Now if you already have audio driver install that after installing microsoft universal audi. or use the link below
link 2 :conexant high definition audio
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp36001-36500/sp36090.exe
or try the alternate drivers given below
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp35501-36000/sp35682.exe
