Question about Headsets
I have purchased both of these products and everytime they stop working a few week after purchase. I have been able to exchange then with the merchant, Radio Shack stores in Boston, but after a few exchanges even with a insurance policy the refused to replace them. I have spent well over $300 dollars buying and replaceing this product. I need this devise for the line of work I do.
Please advise me of what to do. Everyone tells me when I talk with them thru the bluetooth, it sounds like I'm talking to them in a tunnel or far far away. I have recieved the same complaint from other owners. I have invested to much to let this situration go. I think that this product is seriously flawed. Thank you for your antisapated support, Ervan Euller

The ear hook on my H500 broke as well. I called Motorola (866-289-6686) and they are mailing me a replacement. Even though This bluetooth has a 1-year warranty. I purchased mine in Jan. 2007 and was covered but the rep didn't verify anything regarding the purchase date so even if you're outside of your warranty, you might still give it a shot.
