Cannot send attachments with emails after installing VOip adaptor router
I have just installed a NetCommV300 adaptor router with my existing NetComm NB5Plus4 modem. I now cannot send attachments with my emails. A message says,"Connection to mail server interupted" . NetComm advised me to play around with the MTU settings in themodem also the MTU enforcer but this does not fix the problem. Any ideas? Many thanks. Geoff.

As yet I have not found a solution. I have done everything suggested by your expert and I have had no joy from MyNetFone, Exetel or NettComm. These three can only suggest altering MTUs or/and VOiP QOS figures. Exetel say it is not a conflict of ports. Maybe I have to adjust some entries in my email clients options. I shall try in the morning. Cheers. Geoff (Silvertop).
