Download the user manual online and look for factory resettings. Follow instructions and it should work. On my Garmin, the same thing happened. On Garmin, you turn the unit off, press and hold the top left corner of your screen, and turn the unit on while pressing the top left corner of the screen. You wait for 10 seconds and a black dot appears and requests you touch it. The dot moves around the screen and you keep touching it. Once done, your screen perimeter is identified and all the letters fall in place when you press them. Good luck!
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate
