-   please help my printer keep saying service error 6A00 and it also say check printer then ok. i have turn it on and off many times and it still say the same thing. please help . i have had the printer send to me since 2006 and it only work for 3 weeks. so since then i haven't used it. warranty period pasted so that cant help me right now because we are in 2008. please help me-   Guest

6A00 is a problem with the sheet feed unit.
Follow Canon's suggestion, take it or send the unit USPS to the Authorized Repair Facility.
You will NOT be able to resolve the problem yourself.
if you paid for warrantie it can be replace 4 an other one
