Question about Kenwood KVT-617DVD Car DVD Player
Just ground the parking sensor wires to the black ground wire at the head unit. You will be able to watch dvds in any gear but use it wisely!

You mean the hand brake? so you can watch dvds on the move?
Have a look at the installation guide, if the sense is - neg.
put a switch inline to earth/chassis,.. you will then be able to FOOL the system into thinking the handbrake is on.
If you have navigation it may cause problems/disable some features.

On the wiring harness there is a green parking sensor wire (PRK SW) that you have to hook up. All you have to do is ground that anywhere on the chassis of the car then youll be set.
