I don't know how to get my scanner to work with my computer. Its an hp Pavilion computer and a Canon MP530.

Have mac computer running os9 and Canon Pixma MP530 all-in-one officejet. Printer not recognized so it won't print. I can print in OS10

if the printer is newer than the OS is will not recognize it, you will have to locate an OS9 driver for it.

Canon mp530 printer

With the power on to machine and it turned on, open scanner lid by lifting entire top upwards(operations panel lifts up), cartridge mechanism should move to the left to allow cartridge removal, push cartridges down to remove.

I do not have a manuel and don't know how to use the scanner. Are you able to help? Thankyou

Most all programs have a manuel built in.Open your scanner program and go th help. you should be able to find all the info you need

I have canon Mp530and it did not come with an owners manual. I need to know how to use the scanner to scan documents into my USB and or to e-mail and send faxes by [email protected]

The scanner won't work. my computer keeps tellign me the scan failed because the driver didn't recognize the printer.

I just started having the same problem with my MP530. It went away for one scan last night after I installed a new driver, but tonight it the problem is back.

Scanner will not work

Install the driver, or reinstall the driver.

When you boot up your computer the operating system is displayed as a huge colourful Icon. It may be Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or even Windows 98 or Windows Me. That is the OS or operating system you are running. we know you are using a Canon MP530 scanner so we just need to know what OS you are using so we can download the soltware you need to install it. hp Pavilion
