Oven element The bottom oven element on my Jenn-Air SCE30600 range won't come on, but the upper one does. I just replaced it, but to no avail. What else could be the problem?

My element went out but I am not sure how to open it to get to the element (without a lot of trial and error.) How did you open it to replace your element?
