I have a Tmobile Wing and the touch screen is cracked. Do I need to replace the entire LCD screen or can I just replace the touch screen. The picture quality is still ok but the stylist pen will not work.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

If your LCD is cracked, you will need to unfortunately replace the entire LCD. Simply putting a screen protector (which is just a thin film) will not stop the crack from getting worse. There is unfortunately no magical way to fix your screen other than simply replacing the LCD panel itself, which is totally doable. Many electronics repair shops can fix your TV pretty easily. In some cases, you can even mail it into Toshiba.

Obviously buy a replacement screen; there are Hong Kong vendors on eBay and of course otherwise who can put you on to the replacement and a tool to get it in there. See also helpful videos on YouTube. Did you try at all to find help on your own?
