You will need a Micro SD card. Put the songs either on the card through your phone via usb cord or though your computer via card reader that comes with the Micro SD card.

In some phones each type of file must be put in a specific folder.
Format the card in the pc and leave it blank. Put the card in the phone and format it there also - this way the specific folders will be written in the card. Take the card out, put it back in the pc and find the Music or Sounds folder - put the music files directly in it.
its just a simple problem! the phone player reads the music files only in the MUSIC folder so, u must have put the music directly to the card which will be there on the card but outside. move the music in the folder named MUSIC and then try refreshing your phone playlist it will find all the songs!!!
Save the music onto the computer from the SD Card. Format the SD Card, It should give you this option in the phone and on the computer in my computer. Redownload the songs to the SD Card and try to reinsert the card. See what happens...
I had the same problem. I just called Verizon & they had me take the battery out of my phone & then put it back in, the music is working again. I'd say try that & if it doesn't work, call them & they'll help you out! Good luck!
Furst, put it in the phone and format it. It will create the My Music folder, along with others.
Now remove it from the phone and put it in your PC. You should see the folders and all you have to do is drag your MP3 files to the My Music folder. When you're finished, put it back in your cell and it will read the music files in the My Music folder.
You need to format inside the phone. Go to Settings-Memory-Card Memory-Options-Format card. Do that, put it back in your computer, and put music (MP3's) into the My_Music folder.
Ok, format your micro sd card, and then put it in your phone, and mess around in your music, then put it back in your pc and put your music in the media or the music file.. dont remember which one it was, and then put it in your phone. Now you can open your music and it will find them! Enjoy! Joanie
One way to to put music on your phone, is by using a memory card. The Micro sd cards come with an adapter that allows you to insert it in a card reader slot. Then simply copy music into the Music folder on the card. The cards I have purchased already had music and picture folders established on them.
