I have exactly the same problem. Any repair facility that I talk to seem to scratch their head over the phone, so I have no confidence. Only 2 shops had ever worked on them, and they had nothing good to say about Apex. Most of the modules are made in Korea by LG, and it is difficult to get parts from them...if they are available at all. I will be curious to see if anyone responds to this post.
