Question about Dell Dimension 4600 PC Desktop
Hello, I need help with lauching my chat session for my callcenter. I keep getting the message that I'm not assigned to chat channels. Help! It does say that I'm available for calls but unable to chat due to not being assigned to chat channels. What does this mean and whats the solution. Thanking you in advance.
You're confused and I'm confused. It's terminology and some missing information. First are you using an ICQ type chat application or are you using a full blown call center chat application.....if the former your problem is relatively simple. If the latter (based on how good the help dialogue is) it run from easy to hard. Need the name of the application to be able to give you a path to follow to fix it. Tango
