Question about Dell Inspiron B130 Notebook
My laptop is a piece of crap, i am so frustrated with it. EVERY TIME i click on something it says " windows has encountered a problem and needs to close" it is that send error report and dont send error report thing. when i click dont send it logs off and then goes back to the display screen. The only thing i can get on is internet explorer. everything else i click on this pops up. i want to go into my control panel so i can reboot my whole computer but i can even do that with this stupid thing popping up. When i click on the popup thing to see what the problem is it says "this error report includes: info regarding the condition of windows explorer when the problem occured, the operating system version and computer in use, and the internet protocol (ip) address of your computer" word for word... please help!!
Are you able to run a virus scan? If yes than do it. You can also try windows update. This may contain fix's to many problems your having. If you feel windows is just screwed up. Take your restore CD & load it into the cdrom. Re-start the notebook & it will boot to the restore CD. Choose to re-install windows. A re-install will not earse your personal data. However if the re-install fails you may have to do a complete format & re-install. So if you can, burn things like You'r Favorits, address book, Identities & My Documents to a CD/DVD. You will be able to copy these back to your notebook after windows finishes the install. All the driver software you will need to re-install can be found at Dell's web site listed here for your notebook at this link:
This will take time but it's worth having a working notebook.

Ok..i understand your concern regards of that. What you can do now is you have to send the error report because this will investigate the Microsoft company about the error of your computer. Do you have an internet connection? try run the liveupdate, I have a suspicion that your laptop was a victim of software counterfeiting (it means that your software maybe not genuine) try to report that to www.micorsoft.com
