Need your help..whenever i tried printing with my canon s200sp it displays a problem with a red background that says refer to the user manual for service reference and i seem to have misplaced my user manual.what to do?

It means print head temperature rise error.
Most likely cuased by using non-Canon inks.Remove the head and clean with an ammonia based cleaner.You should see a build up of gunk/Completely dry the head anr return to service.
the printer is fine its the computer that you are printing from that is giving the wronge information. try reinstalling it onto that computer. and check that the background on the word documents are not black on print prevew first. or you have not chosen on the program you are printing from there is not a background colour that needs sending to the back.
I had the exact same issue with one of these printers. 83C00020 on the display with a blue background. printer will not power off. Try this - Press and hold the OK button then press the power button to reset the printer . I did this and it powerd on ok and is now working fine.
