Question about Televison & Video
i have purchased mt TV model number 32fs4d on 14 march 2007 from Good Guys Highpoint, victoria. and i have already sent my TV for repair for 4 time since august 07. and as if now my TV is again with the company and now as per the company they will replace my TV. But its since 20 days now i have not listen any thing from companies side. everytime i give a call to them they just say we will forward your file to our manager and then our manager will look into this. I am fed up with all this stupid stuff and i am really not happy with LG service. i was just wondering if you can help me out and if you can do something about it .

I am in the Denver area and in Denver, A 1 Factory Service is the best auth. service center for LG. If you are willing to ship your unit to them they will correct the issue. Their contact # is 303-722-3333.
