I need a printer driver for my IBM infoprint 1412 every time I want download a robot takes over.

These should be easily downloadable from IBM. The "robot" that takes over is probably your download manager. You can probably let it take over and download the file for you then just retrieve it from its downloaded location. Another alternative is to cancel the robot download and then Windows download should resume.

If you want to permanently disable the download manager, you should be able to set it to "don't run on startup" under its preferences.
