Toner life end message after drum unit replaced (by 4 users)

I just replaced the drum unit with a new one, and now, everytime I turn it on, the toner life end message comes out. I just replaced the toner with a new one, and the message's still there
I have the same problem.
This Problem has been added to the Share Your Expertise Page under "My Work Queue".

HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH TONER END AND FOUND THE RESET ACTUATOR INSIDE OF THE MACHINE ITSELF ON THE LEFT,WHITE, HAD TO BE HOOKED UP TO THE SPRING THAT SITS BEHIND IT. SIMPLE THING TO REATTACH WITH A VERY SMALL SCREW DRIVER. MY MACHINE WORKS FINE NOW. PLEASE FORWARD ON ALL THE OTHERS WITH THIS PROBLEM.

same problem as with message of toner life end after replacing with new cartridge. need this machine now.

I just put in a new tone and drum and the print is real faint.

On the side of the toner in a white lever. With a flat blade screw driver push the lever back to the other side of it location. This will give the machine a perception of a new toner. Be careful of the gears when pushing it back! Not a 100% on what causes this issue but thats my manual reset of the toner for when it does.
In falling this the reset actuator inside the machine has probem (Spring missing or is sticky)

CONNIE@RSHTRUCK.COM REATTACH THE SPRING INSIDE THE MACHINE ITSELF ON THE LEFT TO THE WHITE PLASTIC ARM IN FRONT OF IT. I USED A VERY SMALL SCREW DRIVER THAT FIT ON THE END OF THE SPRING. ALLS WELL NOW. PLEASE LET ALL OTHERS KNOW.
