I only have one bar on the meter. I cannot take and store more than 3 pictures or is says can't store. I only have 2 songs on it. This is my second Razr v3. The first one I could put lots of pics and songs on. It got crap under the screen so I returned it. This one must have been refurbished altho i'm assured that its new.

Hi, first, your Motorola razor V3mobile phone, has blue tooth and mp3 player facility to recieve and play song which is good. All motorola razor V3 phone has the capacity to receive song into the phone, but does not have the capacity to with hold much songs. Why?
Because all Motorola razor V3 phone does not have and external memory slot to accommodate more extra song on the phone, But it has an internal in-built memory to store data in the phone.
The input memory has the capacity to store data, like music, videos, pictures and so on, But the memory which is the "internal memory" of the phone only has a limited amount of data it can carry in it.
So that's why you can not put in too much data inside the Motorola razor V3 phones.
You can also put more some more music inside the phone by managing the internal memory of the phone by using a converter to convert the music files into smaller bit rate.
Normally music bit rate is always 128kb,but you can reduce it by converting it to small sizes of bit rate precisely 64kb or 32kb.
Warning!!, when you reduce the bit rate of a music,it might not have the same quality of sound it has before you converted it into a smaller bit rate.
1.connect your cellphone with the data cable.
2.wait for 30 sec.
3.go to my computer icon in ur system.
4.double click on removable disk or something like this.
5.you will get all the folders iwhich is in ur phone.
6double click on any folder in which u want to paste/store the pictures .
6.after it go to the picture and copy it then paste it in the folder which is opend by u from removable disk.
The following is from the Razr V3 manual: Master Clear - Clear all user settings and entries except SIM card information, erase all downloaded pictures and sound files, reset all options except unlock code, security code, and lifetime timer. Caution: Master clear erases all user-entered information (including phonebook and datebook entries) and user-downloaded content (including photos and sounds) stored in your phone's memory. After you erase the information you cannot recover it.
To access your card you have to change the Storage Device.
For example if you want to access your RINGTONES or SOUNDS, do as follows:
1. Go to MY STUFF menu by pressing the CIRCLED button betten the GREEN (SEND CALL) and the RED (ON/OFF) buttons.
2. Select for example SOUNDS.
3. Hit the middle multiple bar between the BACK and GO TO options on screen (SOUNDS MENU).
4. Select SWITCH STORAGE DEVICE and select the CARD option.
You're now accessing and STORING data on your MEMORY CARD.
If it is Only Razr V3 then probably youdon't have memoty card slot and the sadest part is it has got only 5 MB of space, which will allow you to store only one or two Mp3 song(s) depending upon the size. You can transfer it through Bluetooth.
If it is a V3i model having Memory card slot then it is even easier to down load by using Card Reader connected to PC. just drag & drop to the music folder in your memory card. In a memory card you can put lots of songs depending upon the size of your card, say 128MB can hold upto arround 30 nos of songs. Yes you can put choose the Mp3 as Ring Tone Also.
I have a similar problem occasionally after using the internet on my phone, I usually take out the battery and place it back in and it usually works. However this is only a temporary solution you more than likely have a software problem.
