I have a Verizon Communications BlackBerry Pearl 8130 Cell Phone. I have been unable to receive/send emails. When I go to my email settings icon, I receive the message "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request. Please try again later."

I had the same problem. Most likely your phone is low on memory.

1. To check how much memory you have, go to options-->status..

2. If your phone is low on memory, delete any old messages, if you use your internet browser on your phone, clear the browser history and cookies. Also, delete any programs/apps you are not using. This will free up a lot of memory.

3. You can also run memory cleaner- Go to: options-->security options-->enable cleaning and check show on home screen.. Then click the icon to run it from the home screen.
4. Try removing the phone's battery for 10 minutes, putting it back in, and restarting the phone.

maybe earpiece problem with your phone, needs to open and have it clean the earpiece terminal.

First, download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager software from: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22&dl=DA5FB46338C8C0DCB1039F7898184FC5

Once installed, connect your BlackBerry to your computer via the USB sync cable. Open Desktop Manager, and click the Application Loader. On the right, you will see Update your device software. Click the Start Button, and if your BlackBerry is not on the latest Handheld Software, an update will appear. Select the update, and run the install. Be sure to select the option that backs up and restores your data. Once started, do not shut down your computer, or disconnect the USB sync cable as this could damage the device.

Once completed, your BlackBerry will restart and you will have the latest version available. This version has been known to correct various issues.

if you type the password in wrong ten time it will delete all the contents on the device and allow you to reset it up

As far as i know free unlock codes doesnot work properly.please donot use wrong codes its damage your phone.i am saying this because my friend lost his phone by this.i know the site from where you get your unlock code.its not free but it as much cheap as free.click here to get your unlock code.

Days go by with no emails coming through

its likely that your mails are getting automatically deleted soooooooo....you're most likely out of memory... try going to settings > options > status > look at file free.that number should be about 18 million on average...my suggestion is try transferring all of your pics/videos/music/ringtones on your computer and get a microsd card for your media. Reply back with the results :)

Your BlackBerry Internet Service or Web Client account can be integrated with up to ten email accounts. The accounts that are supported are POP3, IMAP, Hotmail, Yahoo, and Gmail. If for any reason you wanted to remove an email account do the following:
To remove an integrated email account:

2. On the navigation bar, click Profile. In the Profile list, click other email accounts.
3. Under the Email Accounts list, check the box beside the email account that you want to remove.
4. Click Delete. You will be prompted with a warning message. Click Yes to continue. This will remove the integrated account from your BlackBerry Internet Service account.

Unlock blackberry pearl

It is possible to unlock your Verizon BlackBerry Pearl. Infact I got my Curve 8310 unlocked last week.
Here is the link that I used to purchase my unlock code.
Unlock code came in via email, along with the instructions on how to key in the code, and within 30 seconds my BB was unlocked.!

Or you can call your provider to request an unlock code for free, if you are with them for more then 90 days, they will send you the code with in 1 - 3 weeks.

It is possible with the Blackberry but you may want to try master resetting the defaults on the phone then try again.
