If the phone displays the message "PHONE FREEZE. SIM UNAVAILABLE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER" then your phone has got hard locked. You need to unfreeze the phone to get unlocked. Generally, if a device is froze, you can remove the power to the device to reset it. What type of device are you trying to unfreeze and please tell me what happened before the device froze so I can help you figure out this problem.
if you can still hear sound then you might of accidentlly hit a button on the remote. some tvs offer closed caption1 closed caption 2 and text 1 and text 2. And if it is set to text 1 or 2 it causes the screen to go black.hope this helps!! Good Luck
