When i attempt to insert a dvd or a cd nothing happens. When i force it in sometimes it works and sometimes it does not read the cd. What can I do to fix it? Please Help! Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer.The model of the player is: jensen vm9311ts car dvd player

dual xdvd710 will not insert discs

Sanyo DVD, Model No. DWM-400.
DVD tray is stuck in partial closed position. Won't open or close, although it makes a sound as if it were. Help, please.

Sound like yor unit load/eject mechanism is bad, take it to a local shop if it fixable then it would cost around $100. Call me I know e few dependable shop. 801-414-4566.
