Tips for a great answer:
Choose the "Advanced Setup" tab
Change media type to "Direct Thermal"
Be sure that "use printer settings" is
NOT selected at the top left
Click OK and you should be good.
Note that any labels created prior to this change will need to be changed inside each label under the label setup.
