My picture was getting darker by the day and the audio was turning on and off, had the cable people come out and they pointed me to lamp unit. I purchased the lamp unit from RCA $500+ - big mistake. I put the lamp unit in, picture is clear, however no sound. Help!!!

unplug both the TV and the cable box for 2 minutes then replug them in. this will reset the micros in both units. if there is still no sound check your SAP setting make sure its off.
