Hello ..this is a playstation x..psi were smaller ..your big problem is now getting parts for the old playstations .if you look on ebay you might pick one up

Well, 4 feets a long way for a playstation, it would be if you were that size anyways. it sounds like your playstation is dead, or maybe just the drives ability to read cd's well, so get a new ps off ebay or go to your nearest game traders (or somewhere they fix playstations). on the otherhand, get an xbox 360

Yes, you have a disc problem. Some PS1 games have audio MP3 , or WAV files on them, and poor reading sometimes will pick up the audio tracks and not the Game data. You could be having a Laser alignment issue, but if other PS1 games are working fine, you do not.
