Question about SanDisk 2GB Cruzer Micro SDCZ62048A10 Hard Drive
I bought it about a month and a half ago. I had it plugged into the computer at work and have been accessing it normally all day. I accessed a image in photo shop and it just seemed to die in the middle of things; no light...no nothing. I reinserted it restarted (XP) the system, but no luck. I suppose at the very least I've lost a good number of documents. Is there a way to attempt to get the device back functioning?
The only thing you can do to recover the files is to open it up, remove the NAND memory (it's soldered on the board) and replace it on a working Micro cruzer to get the files.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
