Are you trying to connect to the wireless network on Windows VISTA ot Windows 7 computer ?
When you try to connect to the wireless network on VISTA / 7 computer then it will ask you for the PIN number. on the same window at the bottom you will find the option " I don't want to configure, I want to enter the key manually " OR " I don't know the PIN I just want to connect ". You will find this option at the bottom in very small letters. If you click on it, it will go to next step. on the next step you it will ask you for the security key if the network is secured.
If you don't know the key then you will need to access the router set up page.

I am guessing you are talking about the WEP/WPA key so you can allow a computer to use the wireless.
Click on this link http://192.168.1.1 on a computer hooked up to the router, if the wireless is not working, connect directly to the router via an ethernet cable.
You will be prompted for a username and password. If you have not already changed the username and password, the username will be left blank and the password will be "admin".
Once you are into the configurations for your router, navigate to the tab called "wireless", then navigate to the sub menu of "Wireless Security". The "key" you are looking for is listed right there.
