i banged my television and a green and purple shadow appears on some pictures but it works fine its something to do with my bulbs can you help?

-   can not adjust convergance. red and green huges. Otherwise tv works good. -   hficarra

-   I have set the red lines and blue lines but there is also a green line which has a curve (deep enought to be called an arch) and there is double pictures a red one and a green one any suggestions?
