Question about Canon MultiPASS F60 All-In-One InkJet Printer
MUTIPASS f60 waste ink near full
For Canon Multi PASS F60 Printer:
"Waste Ink Near Full" Error on LCD Display Screen
On Canon Support, the fixes are one of two things:
1. Turn of printer (holding on/off button for about 1 second) and wait approximately 10 seconds. Turn printer back on. If on/off button does not turn printer on/off, then unplug the printer.
2. If the above doesn't work, your printer may need to be fixed.
What's not said on the website: What does the error "Waste ink near full" mean.

I have the same problem and my power will not turn on if the resume button is depressed. Is there a way to fix the waste ink problem?
