Question about Computers & Internet
I troubleshoot dlink products, and dont have alot of info on how to troubleshoot the printservers, any notes that you may be able to pass on would be very helpful.my e-mail is email@example.com
You do the same as any networked device. Some devices you must use the software that came with as it acts as a port redirection rather than being able to use a plain ol' IP port. Then of course, the printer driver seems more touchy if this is the case.
Sometimes when I have a configuration problem I will set the printer up as a "normal" port (LPT1) and change the port in the printer properties.
Hope this helps..

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
